Energiegel met BCAA 4Endurance Pro is ontwikkeld voor sporters die tijdens zware of langdurige inspanningen een praktische bron van koolhydraten nodig hebben.
Elke gel bevat 30 g koolhydraten uit maltodextrine en fructose in een verhouding van 2:1. Deze verhouding wordt veel gebruikt in sportvoeding bij een hoge koolhydraatinname van 60-90 g per uur tijdens inspanning.
De formule is aangevuld met 500 mg gefermenteerde BCAA en heeft een aangename, natuurlijke smaak zonder kunstmatige zoetstoffen.
Twee soorten koolhydraten
De gel bevat een combinatie van maltodextrine en fructose in een verhouding van 2:1.
Glucose en fructose maken gebruik van verschillende transportsystemen in de darmen. Door beide koolhydraatbronnen te combineren, kunnen tijdens langdurige inspanningen grotere hoeveelheden koolhydraten worden opgenomen.
BCAA
Energiegel met BCAA bevat 500 mg gefermenteerde BCAA. Het gaat om de vertakte aminozuren L-leucine, L-isoleucine en L-valine.
BCAA zijn een populair ingrediënt in sportvoeding en worden vaak gebruikt door sporters tijdens periodes met intensieve trainingen, met name bij een calorietekort of een lagere eiwitinname.
Natuurlijke smaak
De aangename, verfrissende smaak maskeert de kenmerkende smaak van BCAA, zonder gebruik van kunstmatige zoetstoffen.
De gel is ook tijdens intensievere inspanningen gemakkelijk in te nemen en past daardoor eenvoudig in je voedingsstrategie tijdens een training of wedstrijd.
Vul je koolhydraten tijdens de inspanning eenvoudig aan met 30 g koolhydraten en 500 mg gefermenteerde BCAA per gel.

Neem tot 2 gels per uur in met water tijdens het sporten.
Je kunt 1–2 gels vóór de inspanning nemen om je BCAA-voorraad op te laden.
Voor een optimaal effect van de BCAA's raden we aan om in totaal minimaal 3 gels te consumeren.
We adviseren deze gel vooral bij een calorietekort of tijdens ultra-duurevenementen.

Ho dato solo 4 stelle perché non ho potuto verificarne gli effetti su percorsi piu' lunghi ed impegnativi, ma devo dire che assumendone uno prima del giro di 80km e uno dopo un ora circa, la resistenza ed il recupero dopo lo sforzo ( in associazione alle proteine ) sono migliorati

Ottimo prodotto, usato da molto tempo, supplisce la mancanza di proteine e aminoacidi che dovrei assumere a colazione.
Una cosa è migliorabile: l'apertura. Non ha il salva chiusura il quale molte volte si stacca e cade. Così lasciando pezzettini di plastica sulla strada.

First time using this brand and this flavour..
I test my gels by taking a full one well into a long run.
Took this gel at 29km of a 34 km run.
No stomach problems and it isn't sickly sweet.
I will definitely use these again.
