Molto buone e consistenza perfetta anche col caldo non torrido. Perfette senza elettroliti e fibre, le alterno nei giri lunghi ai gel e ai liquidi nelle borracce per evitare la noia di assumere solo liquidi. Mentalmente mi aiuta, anche poi a bere un sorso di acqua assieme e reidratarmi. Le ricompro assolutamente. Questo contenuto di zuccheri va benissimo. Sarebbe da provare se una più alta concentrazione sia fattibile e allo stesso tempo buona.
